NYCC 2013 is this week and you’re probably wondering what panels to attend, events to visit, or booths to check out. Don’t worry, we got it covered!
It may be hard to believe, but The Walking Dead is celebrating its 10 year anniversary at Comic Con with an art showcase curated by Skybound Editorial director, Sina Grace! The showcase starts at 11AM at the Pillars 37 in Midtown! Fans are in for a treat as well as exclusive Walking Dead shirts will be available for purchase at their booth! The shirts will be located at the Image Comics booth #1444.
Asides from the show floor, panels are where most the most of the fun lies at NYCC. This year there are dozens of panels to choose from including:
Marvel’s panel on X-Men and the Marvel Universe will be held on Friday at 11AM on the Empire Stage 1-E
DC Comic’s All Access panel starts at 1:30 on Friday on the Empire Stage 1-E
The Legend of Korra Panel will be on Saturday, 11:00 am on the Empire Stage 1-E.

While panels are a great place to hear about your favorite shows, movies or comics from their creators it’s important to keep in mind to line up EARLY!
The Brooklyn Brewery in Williamsburg is serving Brooklyn Defender specifically for New York Comic Con. Fans can try the Brooklyn Defender at the brewery’s NYCC Release Party on Saturday from 8:30 PM – midnight at Brooklyn Brewery
If you can’t make the Release Party, the Brooklyn Defender will be taking down skunked beer across NYC during the NYCC Pint Night series. Con attendees can even take home a limited edition Brooklyn Defender pint glass when you do your part to Defend Beer! Cheers to that!
Star Wars fanboys, get ready! ReedPOP is releasing exclusive Star Wars merchandise like glasses, blankets, and t-shirts. They anticipate that these items will sell out quick so be ready to purchase them ASAP!
It looks like ABC’s new television show, Agents of SHIELD, will be making an appearance at NYCC. There will be an hour and fifteen minute panel where exclusive new footage will be displayed for everyone, so you better get in line early!
