Activision, Call of Duty Beat Expectations on Wall Street

With the release of Call of Duty: Ghosts across all major gaming platforms on November 5, and more recently for the next generation consoles on November 15th, Activision has seen a 98 cent increase in stock price from $16.42 per share to $17.40 per share.  Activision has beat earnings expectations on Wall Street reporting a net income of 5 cents a share, up 2 cents from last quarter.  With the new consoles being released shortly after the new Call of Duty installment, Activision should have high expectations for the last quarter of the year.
