NORTH TEXAS COMIC BOOK SHOW January 2017 [Gallery]

Held quarterly in Dallas, The North Texas Comic Book Show is devoted exclusively to comic books. The primary focus of the convention is on professional comic creator guests and local artists over big-name celebrities and autographs. The show has also gained some fame for their cosplay contests, which emphasize the ability to act out the character more than simple appearances.

The first show of 2017 was notable in two respects. The first was that this was the first North Texas Comic Book Show held at its new location at Fair Park. The second was that this show featured a rare joint appearance by Teen Titans co-creators Marv Wolfman and George Perez.

Our own Matt Morrison was there to take pictures of it all.
