Dallas Fan Festival 2025 acted as sort of an early Halloween weekend. There were costume and cosplay events, as usual, but the local vendors and community groups handed out candy to trick-or-treaters. KabOOOOOm.com’s Matt Morrison and Mike Ryan were there taking photos of the fun.
