Wow! Is your adrenaline pumping!? It should be, for a film still months away that was one intense trailer. Captain America: The Winter Soldiers finds Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) in a post-Avengers, Battle of New York world, where S.H.I.E.L.D. is growing in numbers and strength in order to keep the world safe, no matter the cost. And it’s this ‘by any means necessary’ attitude that will bring Cap and S.H.I.E.L.D., and especially Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), at odds over the choice to sacrifice freedom for security.

Yet for being such a high-octane thrill ride, there’s a lot of humor, too. Cap you sassy.

Looking like an utter badass is once again Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and for the first time we can really check out Falcon’s (Anthony Mackie) flying, which looks über cool. Robert Redford appears as well and you can practically feel the gravitas the screen legend adds to this superhero flick. Of course, there’s The Winter Soldier, a man from Cap’s past who–whoa! Did he just catch Cap’s shield!? And wait a minute, is that the Helicarrier crashing? What is going on here!? Definitely need to watch this trailer again. And again. And again!
