Here at Kaboooooom we live and breathe comic books, but if you’re new to the game or just don’t frequent the local comic shop it can be hard to know where to start. For that, we’re here to help. Every week we’ll share with you our recommendations for what you should be checking out and what you need to know before you crack that cover – it’s Kabooooom’s Pull List!
Sarah Moran
Pull List: Batman #41, Gotham Academy #7, Harley Quinn #17, Starfire #1, Saga #29, The Walking Dead #142, 1602 Witch Hunter Angela #1, Captain Marvel and the Carol Corp #1, Spider-Gwen #5
This Week’s Must Read: Marceline Gone Adrift #6
This series has been a total delight. Fans of Adventure Time, but especially fans of super BFFs Princess Bubblegum and Marceline the Vampire Queen won’t want to miss out on the final issue of their latest mini series. After the pair were finally reunited it’s been a struggle to return to Ooo, and now that they’re back, they’ve got a big ‘ole mess to fix. But I wouldn’t worry, Bonnie and Marcy are unstoppable when they work together!
Matt Morrison
Pull List: Arrow: Season 2.5 #21 (Digital Edition), Descender #4, Earth 2 Society #1, Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor #11, Injustice: Gods Among Us – Year Four #6 (Digital Edition)
This Week’s Must Read: Constantine The Hellblazer #1
I was of mixed opinions about picking this book up. I wasn’t a fan of the recent Constantine comic book (decent scripts were marred by terrible artwork) but I did love the Constantine TV series. With the show officially canceled and the cast released from their contracts, I am in dire need of a Hellblazer fix. Hopefully, this series will fit the bill. If nothing else, the hope that it will be something worth reading is enough to make me eager to pick it up.

Pull List: Coffin Hill #19, Harley Quinn #17, Catwoman #41, Batman #41, Gotham Academy #7, Nameless #4, Descender #4, Saga #29, Inferno #2, Silk #5, Spider-Gwen #5, Silver Surfer #12, Inhumans: Attilan Rising #2
This Week’s Must Read: Starfire #1
I’ve got a heavy pull list this week because there’s a lot I’m excited for. That makes it hard to pick just one to single out. How can I pass up on Batman #41 after the expectation shattering conclusion to Snyder’s Endgame? Or Grant Morrison’s Nameless #4, which left readers aghast and horrified at the end of issue #3. Alas, my pick for the week has to be Starfire. I grew up with Marv Wolfman’s New Teen Titans and my son and I watch Teen Titans Go! everyday. I know Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti will create a story for the Princess of Tamaran that will help everyone forget what happened to her during the New 52.
