The first annual Dallas Comic Show assembled an impressive array of comic creators, actors, podcasters and cosplayers. Sponsored in part by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, the theater chain also hosted a number of special screenings with celebrity Q&A sessions at the nearby Richardson location as part of the festivities. It’s not every comic show that let’s you see Flash Gordon with Flash Gordon himself, Sam Jones. Or the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with Judith Hoag (April O’Neil) and Kenn Scott (Raphael)!
