Here at Kaboooooom we love our comic books, but if you’re new to the game or just don’t frequent the local comic shop, it can be hard to know where to start. For that, we’re here to help. Every week we’ll share with you our recommendations for what you should be checking out and what you need to know before you crack that cover – it’s The Pull List!

Pull List: All-Star Batman Vol. 1: My Own Worst Enemy, Aquaman #21, Batwoman #2, Green Arrow #21, Harley Quinn #18, Sex Criminals #18, Archie #19
This Week’s Must Read: Batman #21: The Button [Review]
DC Universe Rebirth #1 was a single comic but also an event, managing to reset the DC Universe and reintroduce characters in a meaningful way. The larger mystery it presented involving the appearance of an all too familiar smiley face button was left for later. That later is now, and in Batman #21: The Button, just what that button means to the DC Universe is about to be revealed. And having almost forgotten the whole Watchmen tease had even happened, I’m pretty excited to see what surprises DC has cooking.

Pull List: Aquaman #21, Batman #21, Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor: Year Three #4, Injustice 2 #2 (Digital Edition) Lucifer #17
This Week’s Must Read: Green Arrow #21
Thrilled as I am that the mysteries of DC Rebirth #1 are finally being explored in this week’s Batman and next week’s The Flash, my heart is in Seattle. What Benjamin Percy and the team of skilled artists bringing his scripts to life have done with this title in less than a year’s time is truly miraculous. This is old-school Green Arrow and Black Canary the way they should be.
