Celebrating its second anniversary this year, the Texas Latino Comic Con was established to highlight the work of Latino comic book creators all across Texas, be they writers or artists. Held in conjunction with the Latino Cultural Center of Dallas, the free event hosted a costume contest, panels on various aspects of comic book creation and the history of Lucha Libre heroes in comics and a screening of a shot film based on the comic book El Gato Negro.
Our Matt Morrison was there taking pictures of the proceedings.
