Infinicon is a first-year convention dedicated to geek, pop and pulp culture. Fans gathered from around the country in Addison, Texas, in order to educate themselves regarding new fandoms and things they might not have been exposed to previously. The event was spread across three days and featured a number of attractions, workshops, panels and events such as film screenings, game shows and various contests.

Our own Matt Morrison was there, teaching a number of panels on the history of both cosplay and comic books. He also took pictures of the weekend’s festivities and some of the cosplayers in attendance.
